30 years ago, Victor Varana started exploring consciousness and practicing Buddhist meditation. He is a certified E-RYT500 Yoga teacher. He has been researching neuroscience and sound for several years.
He has developed curricula and led certified Yoga Teacher Training in different countries.

There are multiple meditation techniques, traditions, and systems. Each one tends to perform the practice differently and, therefore can offer different results. KALAM BALAM mindfulness practices synthesize knowledge and techniques from traditional systems and are supported by neuroscience findings. The method is different according to the desired results. It can alternate techniques like breathwork, verbalizations, visualizations, binaural beats, and sound frequencies to catalyze the capacity of the mind to tune the body into repairing and nourishing itself, producing an amazingly positive impact on health among all other benefits.
