30 years ago, Victor Varana started exploring consciousness and practicing Buddhist meditation. He is a certified E-RYT500 Yoga teacher including Kundalini, Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Viniyoga, and teacher for over 20 years. He has been researching neuroscience and sound for several years, has played in Kirtan bands, and is a music composer, producer, and sound designer.


He has led Yoga, Meditation, and Sound Healing Retreats worldwide. He has developed curricula and led certified Yoga Teacher Training in different countries.
