Its purpose is to restore balance by tuning the patterns in direct resonance with the intention and the flow of the universal energy. @VictorVarana, the creator, has worked out his body this way for two decades helping him not only to prevent or recuperate from injuries but also to perform at a professional level and earn medals at national pickleball tournaments in Mexico at his almost 50 years of age.
