Service Description
Record a video of yourself and send it to us. After reviewing your footage, we'll schedule a video conference where I'll provide feedback on your strengths and offer advice on leveraging them. You'll also receive expert tips on techniques, tactics, and strategies to enhance your performance or improve your DUPR, along with drills to help you achieve your pickleball goals.
Cancellation Policy
Dear Client, Thank you! We appreciate you choosing our services. To ensure efficient scheduling and service delivery, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy: Cancellation Policy: - Cancellation with More Than 24 Hours Notice: Clients may cancel their appointment with more than 24 hours' notice incurring a penalty equivalent to 20% of the service fee to cover administrative costs. - Non-Refundable Policy: Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be considered non-refundable. The full-service fee will be charged to the client. Rescheduling Policy: - Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointments without penalty when the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. - Request for Rescheduling with less than 24 hours advance, will not apply, if the client is not available to attend the appointment, it will be considered a cancellation. Procedure for Cancellation or Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment time. This ensures we can accommodate your request effectively. For cancellations please note the 20% administrative fee will be applied, and for cancellations within less than 24 hours, the full-service fee is non-refundable. Exceptions: In cases of emergency or unavoidable circumstances, we understand cancellations may be necessary within 24 hours. Please contact us directly to discuss such situations.
